Using "Touch Tone Banking" you can access your Provident Bank accounts 24 hours 7 days a week.
Touch Tone Banking (TTB) is an automated telephone service that provides such services as receiving account balances and transactions, placing stop payments, transferring funds between statement accounts up to 8:00 p.m. for same day availability and making loan payments with the use of your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and your touch-tone telephone.

Some information provided through TTB does not require use of a PIN, however, to access your personal account information, you are required to have a PIN for your protection.

There is no sign up cost for this service. Just dial 1-800-448-PROV to get instant banking information and to report a lost or stolen ATM or Debit card.
