Provident’s Positive Pay Service provides your company with one of the most effective deterrents to check fraud.

In conjunction with Provident’s Online Business Banking, you can upload or data enter your company’s check issue file. You have complete control over the content of this file.

Provident’s Positive Pay Service compares checks presented for payment against a check issuance file allowing us to identify those items presented, which are inconsistent with your check issue file. The service provides you with an e-mail of exceptions for you to review and advise the bank to pay or reject a check(s) on your behalf.
