Provident's Positive Pay Service provides your company with one of the most effective deterrents to check fraud.
In conjunction with Provident's Online Business Banking, features of the Positive Pay service include:
- The ability to upload or data enter your company's check issue file. You have complete control over the content of this file.
- Compare checks presented for payment against a check issuance file allowing us to identify those items presented, which are inconsistent with your check issue file.
- The service provides you with an e-mail of exceptions for you to review and advise the bank to pay or reject a check(s) on your behalf.
