Home Depot Breach
The Provident Bank has been made aware of the recent data breach at Home Depot. We are working closely with MasterCard monitoring our customer accounts for fraudulent activity and notifying customers as necessary. As always, we strongly recommend customers review their bank statements and online activity on a regular basis to protect themselves against fraudulent transactions. If you believe you are the victim of fraud, please contact our Customer Contact Center at 1-800-448-PROV (7768) Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Phishing Alert - Debit and ATM Cards
We have learned that some customers have received a fraudulent phone call or text from individuals claiming to be from Provident Bank. The caller or text advises the customer that their Debit or ATM Card is either locked or has been closed, and then asks for the account number or card number. This communication is fraudulent, so PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THE CALLER OR RESPOND TO THE TEXT. The Provident Bank will NEVER contact you and ask for any personal or bank information.
