So, how do you earn reward points?
By signing for your purchases using your Provident Visa® Debit Card. When using a keypad to conduct your transaction, do the following:
- Select CREDIT when you check out in the store.
- SIGN the receipt to confirm payment.
- ProvidentPerksSM reward points will automatically be credited to your ProvidentPerksSM account.

- A Provident checking account is required to be opened and maintained to obtain a Provident Visa® Debit Card and participate in the ProvidentPerksSM program.
- No fee is assessed for transactions processed at a Provident-owned ATM or AllpointTM Network ATM using a Provident Visa®: Debit Card or Provident ATM Card. For selected account types (see Personal Accounts and Service Fees brochure "Account Information" chart), withdrawal transactions processed at non-Provident owned/non-AllpointTM Network ATMs will result in a fee charged by Provident and/or other ATM service provider(s). Please refer to the Personal Accounts and Service Fees brochure"Service Fees" and "Other Fees" for a complete listing of debit and ATM card fees charged by The Provident Bank.
